With the implementation of the Preferential Trade Arrangement Agreement between Iran and the Eurasian Economic Union on October 27, 2019, Iran became a member of the Eurasian Union within three years.
Hamid Zadboom: The Interim Agreement on Arrangements for the Eurasian Free Trade Zone was submitted to the Eurasian Secretariat by the Iranian Ambassador on August 28, 2019.
Therefore, within two months from the official announcement of Iran to the Secretariat, this agreement should have been implemented, according to which the Free Trade Arrangement Agreement between Iran and the Eurasian Union has been implemented since October 27, 2019.
This agreement includes 862 items, of which 360 are our preferences for Eurasia and 502 are our preferences for Eurasia to Iran.
